Martin Luther King, Jr. Observance 

​The Topeka Center for Peace & Justice presented a program of remembrance and encouragement to keep dreaming on Monday, January 19th.  First Baptist Church, Topeka, KS, hosted the event in their sanctuary under the leadership of New Hope & Love Community’s Reverend Carl Frazier.  Pastor Darron Edwards from Kansas City was the keynote speaker for the event.  Linessa Frazier from New Hope & Love emceed the event, and Pastor Delmar White from New Mount Zion Missionary Baptist prayed over the event.  There is much work to do in our fractured world and the Topeka Center for Peace and Justice is making every effort to do their part.
