Our Mission
The Topeka Center for Peace and Justice’s mission is to promote justice and peace through education and action for social change by working with individuals and organizations in the greater Topeka community.
It organizes programs that appeal to a wide audience and that empower people. It networks with other organizations, congregations, and community groups.

Guided by the principles of Restorative Justice, the Topeka Center for Peace and Justice envisions a world where people everywhere live in harmony.

The TOPEKA CENTER FOR PEACE AND JUSTICE works for justice and peace through education and action for social change.The TOPEKA CENTER FOR PEACE AND JUSTICE is a Kansas non-profit tax-exempt organization founded in 1986 as the Topeka Peace Resource Center.The TOPEKA CENTER FOR PEACE AND JUSTICE is self-supporting with much of its financial base generated from individuals’ contributions. It also receives support from grants and program registration fees.
